Description
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg puts 5mg/5mg of CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin into one sealed vial, so you reconstitute once instead of two times. It’s for laboratory research only.
Inside the CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg
CJC-1295 (no DAC): CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
Ipamorelin: Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Novo Nordisk. It acts on the ghrelin receptor and releases GH selectively, with little effect on cortisol or prolactin.
The ratio is fixed at 5mg/5mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.
Mechanisms behind the CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin blend
GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.
Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg lab reports and purity
We’ve put the lab paperwork for CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg in the image gallery:
- A certificate of analysis with identity, measured quantity and HPLC purity.
- An endotoxin report from a kinetic LAL assay.
Click any image to zoom in on the numbers. A few reports cover another CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin vial size made at the same time. Purity applies across sizes, while the quantity result is for the one the lab actually measured.
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg reconstitution and concentration
Concentration is just the amount in the vial divided by the water you add. With 10mg in this vial:
- 1ml of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/ml
- 2ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/ml
- 3ml of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/ml
Choose the volume that suits your measurements. Mark the vial with the concentration and date so nobody has to guess later.
Most labs use bacteriostatic water. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the inside of the glass, then roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it. Shaking can shear peptide chains.
Storage and shelf life
Store sealed vials in the fridge (2 to 8°C) or freezer (-20°C), away from light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg questions
How much is in the CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg vial?
5mg/5mg of lyophilized powder. The amount is printed on the label.
Is CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg lab tested?
Yes. The lab reports are in the product photos, so you can check purity before you order.
Which size should I buy?
Pick by how much you’ll use. Bigger vials cost less per milligram, smaller ones mean less sits open in the fridge. The size comparison above lists every CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin option.
What do I mix CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 5mg with?
Sterile bacteriostatic water. The reconstitution section above shows the concentration for each volume.
How should I store it?
Sealed vials go in the fridge, or the freezer for long-term storage. Once mixed, refrigerate and use within about 28 days.
