Research use only

All Evolve Peptides products are sold strictly for laboratory research. They are not drugs, food, supplements or cosmetics, they are not for human or veterinary use, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are buying for one, and that you will handle, store and dispose of the products safely and lawfully.

You must be at least 21 years old to buy from Evolve Peptides. We may cancel any order if we believe a product will be used outside a research setting.

Product information

We work to keep every description, specification and lab report accurate. The research summaries on our pages describe published studies and are not claims about what our products do. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

Stock and availability

We list a product as in stock only when we can ship it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll email you before anything ships and refund that item.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully. You are responsible for knowing whether the products can be legally imported and received where you are.

Damaged or incorrect items

Because these are sensitive research materials, we can’t accept returns of opened items. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email sales@evolvepeptidesco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Limitation of liability

Evolve Peptides is not liable for loss or injury caused by misuse of a product or by use outside a laboratory research setting. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

The text, photos, logos and lab report images on evolvepeptidesco.com belong to Evolve Peptides or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them to another website or listing without asking first.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and we’ve sent the confirmation email. If a payment fails, the order isn’t placed and nothing ships.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private. You’re responsible for orders placed through your account, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Storage and handling after delivery

Freeze-dried peptides should go in the fridge or freezer as soon as they arrive, and capsules on a cool, dry shelf. We aren’t responsible for products that are stored or mixed in a way that doesn’t follow the guidance on the product page.

Third-party lab reports

Lab reports shown on our product pages are issued by the labs named on them. Where a report covers another size of the same compound, the product page says so. Reports describe the sample that was tested on the date shown.
