Evolve Peptides lab testing and COAs

Evolve Peptides puts its lab paperwork in the product photos, so you can read it before you order. Here is what each kind of report shows and how to check one yourself.

Three kinds of Evolve Peptides lab reports

Depending on the product, the photo gallery holds one or more of these. The product description says which ones are there.

  • Certificate of analysis (COA): the identity of the compound, the measured amount in the vial and the HPLC purity. Most products have one.
  • Endotoxin report: a kinetic LAL assay that measures bacterial endotoxin in the sample. Many vials have one.
  • Independent purity test: a Janoshik Analytical report with its own verification key, on our best sellers.
Evolve Peptides lab testing: GLP-3 RT Janoshik purity test report
GLP-3 RT (retatrutide), Janoshik purity test
Evolve Peptides lab testing: GLP-3 RT Chromate certificate of analysis
GLP-3 RT, Chromate certificate of analysis
Evolve Peptides lab testing: GLP-3 RT endotoxin test report
GLP-3 RT, endotoxin report (LAL assay)

Evolve Peptides lab testing from Chromate and Janoshik

Several COAs come from Chromate, and those certificates cover HPLC purity and endotoxin together. Janoshik Analytical is an independent lab in Prague that a lot of peptide buyers use to check suppliers, and we have Janoshik purity tests for GLP-3 RT, GLP-1 S, BPC-157, TB-500 and the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend.

Each Janoshik report has a unique key printed at the bottom. Enter it at janoshik.com/verify and the lab’s site shows its own copy. If the two match, the report hasn’t been edited.

How to read an Evolve Peptides COA

  • Identity: the compound the lab actually found
  • Amount: the measured milligrams in the vial that was tested
  • Purity: the HPLC purity as a percentage, which our labels put above 99%
  • Batch and dates: so you can match the report to the label on your vial

HPLC separates a sample into its parts and measures how much of it is the target peptide. A result of 99.5% means 99.5% of what the detector saw was the peptide itself. Endotoxin is reported in EU per milligram, and lower is better.

When a report covers a different size

Some reports were run on another vial size of the same compound from the same production. The purity carries over, but the amount line refers to the vial that was tested. Product pages say so whenever that’s the case.

Why independent testing matters

Anyone can make a certificate look official. What makes a report worth trusting is who ran it and whether you can check it. A third-party lab has no reason to flatter the seller, and a verification key lets you confirm the result on the lab’s own site.

Evolve Peptides lab testing by product range

Across the GLP-1 range, the larger listings combine a Chromate certificate, an endotoxin report and, for GLP-3 RT and GLP-1 S, a Janoshik purity test. Healing and recovery peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 carry Janoshik tests and endotoxin reports. Many anti-aging, skin and nootropic products show a COA plus an endotoxin report.

A few newer listings don’t have a report in the photos yet. Their product pages say so, and you can email us for the paperwork on any product.

Evolve Peptides lab testing for blends

Blends get the same paperwork as single peptides. The KLOW blend and the GLOW blend carry Chromate certificates, and the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend has two Janoshik reports in its photos. On a blend report, check that every component in the vial is listed.
