Description
BPC-157 10mg from Evolve Peptides is 10mg of BPC-157 in a sealed glass vial. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide. It’s for in-vitro and lab research only.
About BPC-157
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
It isn’t an approved drug in the US or Europe, and it’s on the WADA prohibited list.
How BPC-157 acts in the lab
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
In cell culture it helped fibroblasts move and spread, which is part of how tissue closes a wound. Those effects are why it shows up so often in tendon, ligament and gut repair models.

BPC-157 research
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.

BPC-157 10mg reconstitution and concentration
The volume of water you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 10mg:
- 1ml of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/ml
- 2ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/ml
- 3ml of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33mg/ml
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Bacteriostatic water is the standard choice. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can damage the peptide, so skip it.
How to store BPC-157 10mg
The dry powder keeps best cold: 2 to 8°C in the fridge, or -20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.
BPC-157 purity and lab testing
Scroll through the BPC-157 10mg photos and you’ll find:
- A certificate of analysis with identity, measured quantity and HPLC purity.
- An independent Janoshik Analytical test report. You can verify it on janoshik.com with the key printed at the bottom.
Click any image to zoom in on the numbers. Some of these reports were run on a different vial size of BPC-157 from the same production. The purity figure carries over; the quantity line refers to the vial that was tested.
Choosing a BPC-157 size
- BPC-157 5mg: 5mg for $39.90, about $7.98 per mg
- BPC-157 10mg (this page): 10mg for $54.90, about $5.49 per mg
- BPC-157 15mg: 15mg for $65.00, about $4.33 per mg
- BPC-157 20mg: 20mg for $84.90, about $4.25 per mg
The middle size, BPC-157 10mg, is a sensible default if you’re not sure how much BPC-157 your project will use.
