Description
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg puts 10mg/10mg of CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin into one sealed vial, so you reconstitute once instead of two times. It’s for laboratory research only.
Inside the CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg
CJC-1295 (no DAC): CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
Ipamorelin: Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Novo Nordisk. It acts on the ghrelin receptor and releases GH selectively, with little effect on cortisol or prolactin.
The ratio is fixed at 10mg/10mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.
How the CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin blend works
GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.
Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin research
The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.
Most published human data are on the DAC version.
Raun and colleagues reported in 1998 that ipamorelin released GH in pigs and rats without raising ACTH or cortisol.
A phase 2 trial in bowel surgery patients didn’t meet its main endpoint.

Lab testing for CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg
We’ve put the lab paperwork for CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg in the image gallery:
- A certificate of analysis with identity, measured quantity and HPLC purity.
- An endotoxin report from a kinetic LAL assay.

Reconstituting CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg
Here’s the math for 20mg of peptide:
- 1ml of bacteriostatic water gives 20mg/ml
- 2ml of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/ml
- 3ml of bacteriostatic water gives 6.67mg/ml
Choose the volume that suits your measurements. Mark the vial with the concentration and date so nobody has to guess later.
Bacteriostatic water is the standard choice. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can damage the peptide, so skip it.
Storing CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg
Store sealed vials in the fridge (2 to 8°C) or freezer (-20°C), away from light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg questions
How much is in the CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg vial?
10mg/10mg of lyophilized powder. The amount is printed on the label.
Which size should I buy?
Pick by how much you’ll use. Bigger vials cost less per milligram, smaller ones mean less sits open in the fridge. The size comparison above lists every CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin option.
What do I mix CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend 10mg with?
Sterile bacteriostatic water. The reconstitution section above shows the concentration for each volume.
How should I store it?
Sealed vials go in the fridge, or the freezer for long-term storage. Once mixed, refrigerate and use within about 28 days.
Can CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin be used in people or animals?
No. It’s sold for laboratory research only and isn’t approved for human or veterinary use.
