Description
GLP-3 RT 15mg from Evolve Peptides is 15mg of GLP-3 RT (retatrutide) in a sealed glass vial. GLP-3 RT is a GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist. It’s intended for lab research only.
GLP-3 RT (retatrutide) at a glance
Retatrutide (LY3437943, often sold as GLP-3R) is a single peptide from Eli Lilly that acts on three receptors: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon.
It’s still in clinical trials.
GLP-3 RT mechanism of action
Retatrutide hits three receptors with one peptide: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. The first two are incretins that boost glucose-dependent insulin release and, in GLP-1’s case, curb appetite and slow stomach emptying.
The glucagon part is the unusual bit. Glucagon raises energy expenditure and pushes the liver to burn fat, so pairing it with the incretins is meant to work on both sides of energy balance. That’s the main reason researchers compare it with the dual and single agonists.

Reconstituting GLP-3 RT 15mg
Concentration is just the amount in the vial divided by the water you add. With 15mg in this vial:
- 1ml of bacteriostatic water gives 15mg/ml
- 2ml of bacteriostatic water gives 7.5mg/ml
- 3ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/ml
Pick the volume that keeps your own calculations simple, then write the concentration and the mixing date on the label.
Bacteriostatic water is the standard choice. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can damage the peptide, so skip it.
How to store GLP-3 RT 15mg
Unopened, keep GLP-3 RT 15mg in a fridge at 2 to 8°C, or in a freezer at -20°C if it’ll be a while before you use it. Keep it out of direct light. Once mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within about 28 days, which is how long bacteriostatic water stays good after opening.
GLP-3 RT 15mg lab reports and purity
We’ve put the lab paperwork for GLP-3 RT 15mg in the image gallery:
- A certificate of analysis with identity, measured quantity and HPLC purity. The Chromate reports also cover sterility and heavy metals.
- An independent Janoshik Analytical test report. You can verify it on janoshik.com with the key printed at the bottom.
Click any image to zoom in on the numbers. Some of these reports were run on a different vial size of GLP-3 RT from the same production. The purity figure carries over; the quantity line refers to the vial that was tested.
GLP-3 RT sizes compared
- GLP-3 RT 5mg: 5mg for $89.90, about $17.98 per mg
- GLP-3 RT 10mg: 10mg for $159.90, about $15.99 per mg
- GLP-3 RT 12mg: 12mg for $172.90, about $14.41 per mg

GLP-3 RT 15mg FAQ
How much is in the GLP-3 RT 15mg vial?
15mg of lyophilized powder. The amount is printed on the label.
Which size should I buy?
Pick by how much you’ll use. Bigger vials cost less per milligram, smaller ones mean less sits open in the fridge. The size comparison above lists every GLP-3 RT option.
Is GLP-3 RT 15mg lab tested?
Yes. The lab reports are in the product photos, so you can check purity before you order.
What do I mix GLP-3 RT 15mg with?
Sterile bacteriostatic water. The reconstitution section above shows the concentration for each volume.
How should I store it?
Sealed vials go in the fridge, or the freezer for long-term storage. Once mixed, refrigerate and use within about 28 days.
