What is Evolve Peptides retatrutide?

GLP-3 RT is lyophilized retatrutide in a sealed glass vial. Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an Eli Lilly peptide that activates three receptors: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. It’s the first triple agonist to reach late-stage trials, which is why so many researchers want to work with it.

We sell it under a code name, as we do with the rest of the GLP range. The label reads GLP-3 RT, and every product page states that the compound is retatrutide.

The price per milligram falls steadily with size, from about $18 at 5mg to under $10 at 60mg. A small vial suits a pilot run. The 30mg and 60mg vials make sense for longer studies, as long as you’ll use the mixed solution within about four weeks.

Lab reports for GLP-3 RT retatrutide

Several GLP-3 RT listings carry three kinds of paperwork in the photos: a Chromate certificate of analysis with HPLC purity and endotoxin results, a separate endotoxin report from a kinetic LAL assay, and an independent purity test from Janoshik Analytical. How retatrutide works

GIP and GLP-1 are gut hormones that boost insulin release when blood sugar is high. GLP-1 also slows stomach emptying and acts on appetite centers in the brain. The glucagon part is the unusual bit. Glucagon raises energy use and pushes the liver to burn fat, so retatrutide adds an energy-spending signal on top of the two appetite and insulin signals.

Retatrutide research so far

Jastreboff and colleagues published the phase 2 obesity trial in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2023. At the 12mg dose, average weight loss was about 24% after 48 weeks, the largest figure reported for this class at the time. A phase 3 program called TRIUMPH is under way. Reconstituting and storing retatrutide

Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the side of the vial and swirl until clear. A 10mg vial with 1ml of water gives 10mg/ml, and with 2ml it gives 5mg/ml. Keep sealed vials in the fridge, or the freezer for long storage, and use mixed vials within about 28 days.
